The PMDD Project is a UK registered charity, dedicated to supporting individuals with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). We strive to raise awareness, provide support, and fund research into PMDD, with the ultimate goal of improving the lives of individuals affected by this debilitating condition.

Signposting & Advice

We know how bleak it is out there when trying to get a diagnosis, treatment and/or advice about PMDD. So here’s a few tips from us:

1. Check out our FREE downloadable resources . These cover a range of subjects and themes for advice and signposting, including what PMDD is, guidance on how to get a diagnosis, how to support someone with PMDD and more.

2. Check out our blog and podcast. These cover a range of subjects and insight from a range of people in the PMDD community.

3. If you can’t find what you are looking for or want tailored advice, please reach out to us at general@thepmddproject.org. Please put the nature of your enquiry in the subject line. PLEASE NOTE: Not all team members are medically trained and work part time. But we will try our very best to support you.

4. If you or a loved one is in crisis and/or having suicidal ideation:
