Signposting & Advice
We know how bleak it is out there when trying to get a diagnosis, treatment and/or advice about PMDD. So here’s a few tips from us:
1. Check out our FREE downloadable resources . These cover a range of subjects and themes for advice and signposting, including what PMDD is, guidance on how to get a diagnosis, how to support someone with PMDD and more.
2. Check out our blog and podcast. These cover a range of subjects and insight from a range of people in the PMDD community.
3. If you can’t find what you are looking for or want tailored advice, please reach out to us at general@thepmddproject.org. Please put the nature of your enquiry in the subject line. PLEASE NOTE: Not all team members are medically trained and work part time. But we will try our very best to support you.
4. If you or a loved one is in crisis and/or having suicidal ideation:

– SHOUT text service : text SHOUT to 85258
5. If you or somebody you know needs support and/or advocacy with a complaint about their Medical care, we recommend contacting POHWER.
6. If you require local support, please reach out and we will do our best to signpost you to the right place.
