providing support

providing support for the pmdd community & their allies

Living with PMDD can be challenging and isolating, not only for those directly impacted but also for their loved ones, friends, and colleagues who may struggle to understand or offer the right support. At The PMDD Project, we are dedicated to providing meaningful, accessible, and practical support for everyone involved, helping them navigate the complexities of PMDD with confidence and compassion.

We’re passionate about creating

a support network that truly empowers individuals with PMDD while offering their loved ones and colleagues the tools to be allies. Through accessible resources and genuine community connections, we are here to stand beside those affected by PMDD – and those who support them – every step of the way.

How we’re supporting the PMDD community and their allies

free practical resources

We believe everyone deserves to understand their own body, so we've created inclusive resources that actually make sense and help people feel in control of their health,. Our library of free resources is designed to support individuals with PMDD as well as those close to them. From guides on navigating doctor’s appointments and workplace conversations to coping strategies for parents and loved ones, each resource is crafted to offer real, actionable guidance. We create language that puts power back in your hands.

If there’s a topic you’d like us to cover or if you have any questions about our resources, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always learning and committed to sharing the tools that really make a difference.
