Healthcare Engagement
Healthcare Education
We deliver bespoke education and training sessions for a wide range of healthcare professionals, helping increase confidence in recognising, assessing and managing PMDD.
No two organisations are the same. We work closely with partners to ensure content is relevant, practical and aligned with the needs of attendees. Sessions can range from introductory awareness workshops through to more in-depth educational presentations and panel discussions.

Clinical Resources
Developed and reviewed by our Clinical Advisory Board, our practical, accessible resources are designed to support healthcare professionals in clinical practice.
Our resources aim to translate current evidence into clear, usable guidance while reflecting the real experiences of people living with PMDD.
People affected by PMDD continue to face delays in diagnosis, inconsistent care and limited awareness across healthcare settings.
We work alongside healthcare professionals to improve the recognition, diagnosis and management of PMDD through education, collaboration, advocacy and evidence-informed resources, combining the latest clinical evidence with the lived experience of people affected by PMDD.
This work is delivered through The PMDD Practice, a division of The PMDD Project focused on healthcare and professional engagement.
Whether you’re an individual clinician, NHS Trust, university, professional body or healthcare organisation, we’re here to help improve understanding of PMDD and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
“Our session was so insightful, covering everything perfectly and was relevant to our work. The resources are amazing and Phoebe was very knowledgeable" - City and Hackney NHS Talking Therapies
